Optical Vantage provides optical laboratory services, including but not limited to the production of prescription lenses, frames, and related eyewear products.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason.

2.2. Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

2.3. Payment must be received in full before the processing of any order begins.

3. Prescription Accuracy

3.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription information. Optical Vantage is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect prescription details provided by the customer.

3.2. We recommend regular eye examinations to ensure prescription accuracy.

4. Product Quality and Returns

4.1. Optical Vantage strives to provide high-quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt.

4.2. Custom-made prescription lenses cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4.3. Frames may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Optical Vantage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5.2. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Optical Vantage and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Optical Vantage. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
